Sunday Morning Seminary @ Germantown Outpost

Beginning March 12 from 8:30-9:30 AM, in the Parish Hall, we will begin a time of training at Fellowship Germantown. We will call it Sunday Morning Seminary at Germantown. This will be a time where we will begin to look at God’s heart, so that we can have on our hearts what God has on His heart. His heart is for the world – global impact. In our time together, we will give tools on how to share our faith, study the Bible, etc.

We will also give assignments. These assignments will help us apply what we have learned. By God’s grace, He will give us a heart to see Germantown, Shelby County, and the entire world reached for His glory. Bring a pen, paper, a bible and let’s get to work together.

Honduras Mission Trip

We are excited to let you know that Fellowship Memphis will be taking two mission trips to serve with Point of Impact Ministries in Tegucigalpa, Honduras this summer. POI is close to the heart of Fellowship, as two members of our church – David and Ruth Hamilton – actually founded the organization, and, throughout the years, we’ve sent dozens of Fellowship Memphians down to Honduras to serve with them.

Last summer, we sent nearly 50 people in 3 different teams, and every one of them came back speaking so highly of the incredible ministry that POI is doing there. So, we decided to send two more teams this summer! The trips will be June 9-16 and July 3-10. Anyone ages 9 and up is welcome, so this is an awesome opportunity for you parents who have been wanting to do something like this with your kids.

If you are interested in hearing more about these trips, please contact Josh Weiss.

History of Christian Doctrine Course

We are excited to offer a 10-week course on the History of Christian Doctrine taught by Pastors Jason Cook and Seth Jones. Not everyone can or should attend seminary so this course will serve to bridge the gap between the seminary and the church. If you are interested, visit fellowshipmemphis.org/churchhistory to register for the course and view the syllabus. The first 30 people to register will receive complimentary copies of the required readings. The class will be held at the Fellowship Office on Tuesday evenings from 7-8:30 pm beginning February 21st.
