AXIS NIGHT

We will be discussing the topic of Sexuality. For those of you who are not familiar, we will be using a resource called Axis to help guide our conversation. Axis offers many resources for parents and adults to engage in conversations with teens about topics that are affecting our culture.

Their mission is to "build lifelong faith by helping parents and caring adults talk with their kids about what they otherwise wouldn’t one conversation at a time."

We know that the topic of Sexuality can be an uncomfortable and sensitive discussion for some. As a student ministry, we want to hold space for this conversation and create environments for students to wrestle with what they believe to be true. Our hope for this night is to point students to the only truth, Jesus. But to also be a safe space for students to bring their real emotions, real thoughts, and to be met with grace and truth.
