Laguna 2021 - June 9th-25th
Safety Protocol
FSM has a long history of going to Laguna Beach for our summer camp. We desire to create space for our students to connect and grow spiritually while also having fun with their peers and leaders.
This year has brought on a new set of challenges and opportunities for our staff as we plan for heading down to Laguna. As with everything during the current COVID-19 pandemic, camp is not guaranteed and everything is subject to change. Please know that our highest priority is the safety and spiritual development of our students. With that said, below are the safety protocols that we are planning to take, as of now, when it comes to COVID-19. As we draw closer to the reality of camp we will continue to assess our protocols and communicate any changes or additions as necessary.
To be eligible to come to camp you must be tested 3-5 days before we leave for camp and show proof of negative test before boarding the bus. We also ask that you quarantine following your test until we leave for camp. We will also be screening students as they arrive to load the bus for camp.
Once we are on the bus we will require masks for the duration of our transportation to the beach. We will stop to eat lunch halfway in which case students will be able to remove their masks to eat.
When we arrive at camp, we will require masks during any indoor activities. We will be sanitizing before and after meals as well as any high touch points multiple times a day. We will also emphasize the need to wash/sanitize hands regularly throughout the day. We plan to use an ionization device to ionize the cabins daily.
Lastly, we will strongly encourage leaders to be vaccinated. Providing an extra layer of protection for our leaders and our students. As mentioned earlier, we will continue to reassess our safety protocols as we draw closer to our Laguna date and attain more accurate numbers.
Laguna Details:
Fellowship Student Ministries will be going to Laguna Beach, FL for camp June 19-25th! We stay at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat Center. FSM has attended camp here for several years and it is located on some of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S.
Laguna Camp is for all FSM students who've finished 6-12th grade. Leaders for the week are FSM staff and volunteers that we know, that know many of our students, and have been trained and approved as members of our FSM Laguna team.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
*A $50 deposit is required to secure your student's Laguna camp registration. The total camp cost including the deposit is $575. Complete registration and all camp balances are due by May 15th.
Card payment options are available in the online registration process. Check options can be made payable to "Fellowship Memphis" with "Laguna - student's name" in the memo line and mailed to Fellowship Memphis, P.O. Box 11465, Memphis, TN 38111.
To pay the remaining balance, please do not re-register. Simply click on "My Profile" in the top right corner of this registration page and continue with additional payments.
After submitting this registration, you'll receive an email with the Packing List, Medical Release form and Rules & Policies form. Please complete these and bring them along with a copy of your student's health insurance card when you drop your student off for camp.
For those students interested in camp scholarships, please fill out the optional Scholarship questions when submitting the normal Laguna Camp registration and we will follow up with you.
