Transitions from one season to another demand the upheaval of the typical and movement into a new life pattern. The problem is, I tend to want to bask in the summer and build the snowman.

I work at St. Jude as a postdoctoral research associate in the area of discovering new antibiotics. When we’re not in the lab, my wife and I can often be found rock climbing at Memphis Rox. I have a small YouTube channel (TheKeyboardChemist) to showcase my solo piano covers, song arrangements, worship videos, and other musical ideas.

I just know that when I left Zimbabwe, and I was not a believer. I became a believer when I was in America in school. Now I'm going back home to a context where people only know me as a sweet little girl in my community.

We joined Fellowship in 2009, after living in Memphis for three years and attending another church. We wanted the other six days of our week to look like our church family on Sunday.

For several years now, a group of Fellowship families who live in our neighborhood have joined together to throw a "Halloween Hangout" for our neighbors.

At Fellowship Collierville our team began to notice the same answer to the question “How did you find out about Fellowship?” over and over and over again it was…“Sojo”!

Our hope for this teaching series is that our love and devotion as disciples increases as we encounter Jesus up-close in Mark.

We took almost 100 students to Laguna Beach Chrisitan Retreat for a week of Endless Laguna!

We asked people who completed the equipping class Our Story Together: A History of Race to give their thoughts on how it moved them.

The first week of Nancy's class called Discerning God's Voice. She teaches that clear, daily conversation with God through prayer is one of the most significant joys of the Christian life. 

We ask our new members to tell us a little about themselves and why they decided to make Fellowship their church home.

In 2010 we asked the Shelby County TN Department of Children Services: “What can we do for you?” They said, “We have nearly 30 kids who need Christmas.”

I have to do the act of putting food in my mouth for myself. Then chewing it up, swallowing it and digesting it to benefit from it.

So proud of the work God has done and the people He has brought to Fellowship Memphis.
